In 2012 I decided to become an IT security consultant.

Since then I run projects that help companies to

• build and continually enhance Cyber Defense Centres from both a process as well as a technical point of view (e.g. by implementing new SIEM use cases)
• analyze security break-ins and manage security incidents
• build up security analytics and hunting teams as well as an IT architecture scaling with today's needs of big data storage and performant searches
• integrate log feeds into a centralised logging and monitoring architecture
• identify, manage and mitigate security risks
• provide threat intelligence

Moreover I'm always interested in projects related to

• Qubes OS
• post-quantum cryptography
• Open Source software development
